General Information

Please note:

  • Reservations require a $100 deposit for stays less than a month; $250 for stays one month or greater
  • Deposits may be made by personal check (US Dollars only), travelers cheques, money order, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal
  • Balance due upon arrival if paid by credit card, travelers cheques or cash; 10 days prior to arrival if paid by personal check (US banks only)
  • Please see the Policies page for additional information
  • Rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing (email OK). Full refund of deposit within 90 days of arrival upon notification unless deposit payment is made by credit card or PayPal, whereby a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will be made by check and mailed to you. If reservations are cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made.
