Reservations
Please email, telephone or complete the form to inquire about condo availability. Make sure you indicate how many guests will occupy the condo during your visit. I will return a quote to you promptly with complete pricing based on the chart above. Adjacent accommodations in the Marine Surf Waikiki are available upon request. Rate quotes are valid for 30 days from the date sent. We reserve the right to modify rates and policy information without notice.
Deposit
If availability is confirmed for the dates you requested, a deposit is required and may be paid in any number of ways. Available forms of payment for the deposit are: personal checks (US Dollars only), travelers cheques, money order and bank drafts (mailed here), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. For stays less than a month, a $100 is required. For stays one month and greater, a $250 deposit is required.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing (email OK). Full refund of deposit within 90 days of arrival upon notification unless deposit payment is made by credit card or PayPal, whereby a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will be made by check and mailed to you. If reservations are cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made.
Additional Guests
If you arrive with additional guests over the number of guests quoted in your original invoice, or additional guests join you during your stay, you will be charged an additional rate of $5 per day per additional guest for the length of their stay in the condo.

Currency Converter. - Taxes added include General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax @ 11.962%.
- Reservations require a $100 deposit for stays less than a month; $250 for stays one month or greater.
- A one-time, non-refundable $50 cleaning fee will be added for all stays.
- Deposits may be made by personal check (US Dollars only), travelers cheques, money order, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
- Balance due upon arrival if paid by credit card, travelers cheques or cash; 10 days prior to arrival if paid by personal check (US banks only).
